For my second digital illustration I used a sketch
from my animal project. My lecturers wanted me to digitally enhance some of my older
sketches. I chose a sketch from my flamingo land trip of two Hippos. I began by scanning the original image in and then opening it in Photoshop. I
used the techniques I have talked about on this blog to make the image. The
only difference was that I traced my line drawing round the pencil sketch. I’m
happy with the final result although I think the hippos look a bit plastic.
